1. Free Informational Utility

AudiobookSpeeds provides free, browser-based mathematical calculation tools and reading schedule planners. These tools are provided solely for personal, non-commercial informational and estimation purposes.

2. Calculation Estimates & No Guarantee

All calculated listening clock times, finish dates, and library loan feasibility schedules are mathematical approximations based on the duration, speed, and daily availability figures you provide. We do not guarantee that you will complete any book before a deadline. Real-world listening varies with pauses, interruptions, narrative tempo changes, and unexpected daily routine shifts. We are not responsible for expired library loans, library fines, or loan return disputes.

3. Local-First Browser Storage

Saved planner data is stored strictly in your local device browser via localStorage. We do not maintain server-side backups of your queues or schedules. Clearing browser data, using private/incognito browsing, or changing devices will reset your saved queue. You are encouraged to export critical schedules using our iCalendar (.ics) download feature.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

The design, visual identity, original content, and software of AudiobookSpeeds are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site freely for personal reading management. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, mirror, frame, or republish the tool without prior written consent.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
